Does this type of nipple come with the 4 ounce bottle? I am having an issue with the nipples on the 4 ounce bottles being too fast for my baby who is breast-fed most of the time, but will also take a bottle. Other bottle brands breast fed or premie option do work for him so I'm wondering if there is a similar compatible nipple I can buy for my pacific baby bottles.

Yes, all of our Hot-Tot or GroGrow baby bottles come with the slow flow nipples. There are brands that some of our customers have tried and worked. Avent™ (Classic™ and Natural™ and with their bottle ring), Difrax™, Born Free™, MAM™, and Pigeon™. Of course, we strongly recommend you use our Pacific Baby nipples.
